Build your own blueprint 

Black Boarding Sessions occur over the course of 7-10 consecutive sessions (5-8 working sessions, and an introductory & launch session). Each working session is 1.5 hours long, and includes prep work and consideration.

At the end of the BB series, you will have a comprehensive growth plan, including viable & profitable brand strategies: 

1. Lead generation strategies (paid and organic)

2. Conversion strategies 

3. Customer on-boarding and retention strategies

4. A branded customer journey nurture sequence

5 Up-sell, re-sale and referral strategies

1. BUSINESS
foundational

We start by taking stock of your foundation: you, your team and your company.

 

We identify your tangible resources (products, websites, capitol, etc.) but also your intangible ones (skill, passion, role fit, etc.). Once we have an abundantly clear picture of who you are, we will design a vibrant business avatar; which is effectively 'your business', but as a real live person. 

 

The moment that you have clarity on 'who' your business is, is the moment that your branding, copywriting, customer service style and even your social media strategies become clear and intuitive.

2. MARKET

Going a little deeper, we start to zero in on your ideal market segment (B2B and/or D2C); identifying exactly what makes your target customer a perfect fit. We look deep into what makes them tick, and explore their fears, aversions, hopes and expectations.

At the end of this session, you will have a clear description (and even a name and photo) of your target demographic. You'll know how they walk, talk and spend their money. Most importantly, you will know exactly what you need to do in order to address their aversions, and convert them into brand ambassadors.

3. BRAND

Now that you have a crystal clear picture of who your brand is, and who your ideal customer is—we can map out the interactions between them.

 

Building brand love is all about building a healthy relationship. In order for the relationship to be healthy, you and your customer need to agree on expectations, have strong communication and receive mutually beneficial support (not a one way street).

During the brand interaction session, we map out what needs to happen and each the 'touch point' between your company and your customer, from the first time they meet (lead generation) to the moment they introduce you to their mom (referral/positive word of mouth).

4. JOURNEY
mapping

The journey mapping process is where we start engineering actionable strategies. Here we run your customer avatar through each stage of your sales cycle, exploring their actions and emotions.

 

This session is where all our hard work comes to life, and we engineer your exact strategies—from social media ads, to landing pages and up-sell automations. This needs to be done separately for new and existing customers, since their needs will differ.

5. ROAD MAP
& production plan
