CASE STUDY SNAPSHOT
Within the first 3 months of the brand rollout, the demanded exceeded the supply by 3x and the company started ranking as a top seller.
Rated No. 1 Micro Product in BC, No. 2 selling dried flower in AB, and in the top 5 of highest selling producers in BC.
Organic monthly traffic with zero money spent on advertising
British Columbia, Canada
Organnicraft is known for their uncommonly high growing standards and their consistent ability to produce legacy market quality cannabis—within the strict Canadian regulatory framework.
When Organnicraft came to us they were operating from a facility in the Okanagan with a BC based cult following, and were in the process of rolling their products out across Canada.
They had just taken a huge step towards their goal of becoming a national brand, but didn't feel like they were positioned to grow at the rate they wanted to.
They were looking for a creative partner who could evolve their brand to produce new growth—in a way that also allowed them to stay true to their roots.
Organnicraft's new brand identity imbues a sense of quality that is both timeless and authentic.
The evolved logo, packaging and website are engineered to feel approachable, familiar and warm—so that customers can connect with the brand and get a feel for the character and quality of the products.
The new identity is distinctly gender neutral, and designed to transcend demographic barriers, so that Organnicraft's community will be defined by their desire for quality and value above all else.
Organnicraft shipped their new packaging across Canada in the fall of 2021, followed by the launch of their new website in November 2021. Sales increased rapidly.
"It took off so much that we had to scale back. We pulled out of 4 provinces and are only selling in 3 at the moment." Organnicraft switched gears to focus on expansion. "We have had to triple our capacity to meet the new demand. We added a second facility at the end of 2021 and have a third one coming online in the next few months"
Organnicraft is operated by an incredibly talented team or growers, directors and professionals—with the insight and experience to truly establish themselves as a nationally recognized brand. We are thoroughly stoked to collaborate and drive results with their directors. 2022 is going to be a wild ride.
